When and where will the ceremony take place?
The ceremony will take place on 6th December 2019 at the Kia Oval in London
If there a cost to attend the ceremony?
The cost of attending the ceremony is £200 for ESSNA members and £245 for non-members.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is formal attire and will be enforced strictly. No trainers or sportswear.
How much does it cost to enter a submission?
A standard fee for an entry will be applied. Entries received before a certain deadline can apply for the early bird rate. Early bird entry is fixed at x, while entries received after the deadline will cost x.
Who can enter?
There are no geographical restrictions for award entries, though companies operating in Europe are encouraged to participate. Please note that all entrants must be over 16 years of age.
How many awards are there?
There are 10 categories that highlight different elements of the sports nutrition industry. To create optimal competition, each category will have 6-8 nominations in it.
Can we submit multiple entries?
Entrants are encouraged to submit as many submissions as they would like. The number of submissions per entrant will not affect decision making of the judges.
When is the closing date for the ESSNA Award entries?
The deadlines for nomination submission are as follows: 26th July for early bird and 4th September for standard submission. Please note, we will not accept submissions after these dates, but you may still be charged.
When will I know if I’ve been shortlisted?
The shortlist will be announced on 18th October 2019.
When do I find out if I’ve won?
Winners will be announced during the awards ceremony.
What do we receive for winning or being shortlisted?
You will receive a medal or plaque highlighting your win, digital material so you can promote your win via your social media accounts, and detailed feedback from the judges, among others.
